Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Senior Digital Strategy & Experience Program Management Specialist to join our team in Plano,TX. In this senior role, you will lead the development and implementation of strategic digital initiatives that drive Boeing's digital transformation. Leveraging your extensive experience in project management, program management, customer experience, research, and analytics, you will shape and execute a comprehensive digital strategy. As a key member of Boeing Global Services, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience across all stages and touchpoints of the customer journey.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and execution of high-impact digital strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance customer engagement.
  • Drive data-driven strategies and AI solutions to enhance business performance and innovation. They will analyze trends and collaborate with teams to support informed decision-making.
  • : Manage complex technical projects, utilizing project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Work closely with various teams, including IT, engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of digital initiatives.
  • Champion human-centered design principles to ensure that digital solutions meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Analyze customer feedback, quantitative data, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement in digital solutions.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or user experience design, with a strong emphasis on technical project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects and initiatives, particularly in a technical environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Design, IT or a related field
  • Master's degree
  • Scaled Agile SPC, LPM certification(s)
  • PMP certification
  • OCM certification(s)
  • Professional services/consultancy experience
  • Experience leading SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, AI, or Big Data initiatives
  • Aviation & Defense experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $139,000 - $237,600
