About Aditude

We're really, really into ad ops tech. At Aditude we want to help our publishers maximize revenue and make their lives easier with smarter, faster, more innovative, and more customized technology. In 2023, we raised 15 million in Series A funding led by Volition Capital allowing us to further our mission of helping publishers do what they do better.

Aditude builds infrastructure for the world’s most sophisticated publishers. We partner with companies like SoundCloud, Duolingo, and Metal.tv to help them operate faster, smarter, and with more control over their monetization stack. Our focus is simple: Give publishers the technology, data, and support they need to win—without forcing them to give up ownership of strategy, demand relationships, or data.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Director, App Business Development to lead growth across app-first publishers. This role is focused on companies where monetization is tightly connected to product and user experience, in-app advertising infrastructure, and real-time decisioning and performance optimization. You’ll drive strategic deals while helping app publishers rethink how their monetization stack is built and operated.

What you'll do:

  • Build and close relationships with app publishers across mobile apps, streaming platforms, gaming, and interactive media

  • Own a pipeline of $10K+ MRR opportunities

  • Engage with Heads of Monetization, Product leaders, and Engineering teams to position Aditude as a core layer of monetization infrastructure, not an add-on

  • Help app publishers move faster with leaner teams, reduce operational complexity, and maintain control over monetization strategy and demand relationships

  • Align technical capabilities with product and revenue goals to translate infrastructure into outcomes

  • Bring market feedback directly into product conversations

  • Help shape how our platforms evolve for app-specific use cases

  • Identify gaps and opportunities in mobile/app monetization infrastructure

  • Attend key app and adtech industry events

  • Build relationships with senior operators across app ecosystems

  • Contribute to Aditude’s voice in the future of app monetization

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in app monetization, business development, or adtech sales

  • Strong experience working with app publishers and in-app monetization ecosystems

  • Proven ability to close strategic, multi-stakeholder deals

  • Understanding of in-app bidding and monetization infrastructure, SDK environments, and mobile constraints, and product-driven monetization strategies

  • Ability to sell into both product and revenue organizations

  • Strategic mindset with strong execution

Why join Aditude:

The company:

  • Own the future of independent publisher infrastructure

  • Be part of the shift away from black-box adtech toward transparency and control

  • Work directly with some of the most sophisticated publishers in the world

  • Sell real technology that changes how companies operate—not incremental solutions

  • Influence product, not just revenue

The perks:

  • Salary: In this role, you’ll receive a competitive base salary of $140,000 to $185,000 in addition to commission (uncapped percentage of net revenue from Day 1)

  • 100% remote with a global footprint

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

  • Unlimited Time Off + 11 Holidays + Christmas week to recharge

  • 401K match (No Vesting Period)

Aditude is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diverse backgrounds and welcome everyone to apply for employment with us. We are committed to fostering an environment that is inclusive, transparent, and collaborative. We do not discriminate against any protected class and strive to create environments where everyone can thrive. We embrace our differences and know that we are stronger working together.
