The role also serves as the people leader for a team of ESBPs, ensuring strong partnership, consistency, and integration across adjacent product and platform groups supported by other ESBPs.

You will work closely with senior Product and Engineering leaders to ensure the organization is positioned to scale, innovate, and deliver enterprise-grade data capabilities that enable Customer 360, AI-driven insights, and trusted data activation across Salesforce.

  • Drive consistency, quality, and integration across ESBP partnerships while respecting distinct scopes and accountability models.

  • Act as the connective tissue across ESBPs to ensure coherent people strategy execution across Data Foundations and its partner organizations.

  • Lead end-to-end talent planning, including succession, leadership pipeline development, and critical role coverage.

  • Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent, development priorities, and readiness for expanded scope in a fast-scaling environment.
