Ideal candidates will not only have a knack for experiential execution, but also understand how experiential fits into broader integrated campaigns. They should have the ability to deliver high quality work across a wide range of budgets, from larger multi-million dollar activations to small $100K programs with limited resources. A passion for and previous experience with creator driven activations, music talent experiences, and cultural moments is essential. The Senior Director must be a go getter, proactive in identifying opportunities, and ready to navigate the complexities of a large agency environment while driving growth and innovation.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and grow a client services team, starting with 1 direct report and scaling up as business demands
  • Mentor and develop talent across levels, building career paths and fostering a collaborative, high performance culture
  • Drive strategic and innovative thinking, developing integrated experiential solutions that align with larger campaign objectives
  • Maintain oversight of multiple accounts and projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and flawless delivery
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, focusing on both retention and identifying new business opportunities
  • Partner across THE•TEAM's departments (strategy, creative, influencer, hospitality, etc.) to deliver integrated, culturally relevant programs
  • Manage project budgets ranging from $100K to $4M+, draft agency fees, and ensure financial targets are consistently met
  • Provide strong leadership in client conversations, navigating challenges and making quick, sound decisions in real time
  • Champion process improvements and team efficiencies while maintaining focus on white glove client service
  • Act as a subject matter expert on experiential and its integration into larger brand campaigns

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of relevant agency experience in experiential, sports, entertainment, or culture
  • Proven track record managing and growing client accounts, delivering large scale integrated projects from concept through execution
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams, with strong mentorship and leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of the experiential landscape, with a passion for creator led activations and music talent experiences
  • Previous experience working with integrated internal and external agency teams
  • Ability to deliver strong results across budgets both large scale and small scale, including $100K programs with limited resources
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of navigating fast paced environments
  • Solution oriented mindset with ability to manage client challenges and complex scenarios
  • Entrepreneurial drive with eagerness to build business from the ground up and contribute to agency growth
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets across a wide range of scales
  • Comfortable working within a large agency ecosystem, proactively collaborating across functions
  • Ambitious, adaptable, and committed to pushing the boundaries of experiential marketing
