Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Direction

  • Define and drive a clear, compelling long-term strategy and roadmap for Norton 360.

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities that enhance the customer experience and strengthen the overall product offering.

  • Make crisp decisions and tradeoffs grounded in customer needs, competitive insights, and business goals.

  • Provide clear communication and strategic narrative to executives and stakeholders.

Execution & Delivery

  • Lead major product initiatives from idea to global launch, ensuring high-quality execution.

  • Drive rigorous product discovery, including user research, problem framing, rapid prototyping, and A/B experimentation.

  • Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, performant, and reliable multi-device experiences.

  • Set high standards for execution excellence—clear requirements, strong operational follow-through, and quality outcomes.

Growth & Measurable Outcomes

  • Own performance across engagement, retention, and subscription revenue KPIs.

  • Use analytics, segmentation, and cohort analysis to uncover insights and guide product decisions.

  • Work with lifecycle and marketing teams to optimize onboarding, adoption, subscription flows, upgrades, and renewals.

  • Ensure product decisions are grounded in data, experimentation, and measurable impact.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and influence cross-functional partners across engineering, design, analytics, customer success, and marketing.

  • Build strong operational partnerships to ensure alignment on priorities, goals, and deliverables.

  • Communicate effectively across the organization—simplifying complexity and driving alignment around key decisions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and develop product managers working across the Norton 360 portfolio.

  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity, data-driven decision making, clarity, and accountability.

  • Raise the bar for product practices, execution standards, and product quality across the organization.

Qualifications

Required

  • 12+ years of product management experience, including building new products or major features from the ground up.

  • Proven ability to drive growth and measurable business results in consumer products.

  • Deep experience in data-driven product development, including experimentation and analytics.

  • Strong technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineering leaders.

  • Experience in subscription or consumer SaaS businesses.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing PMs or leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence

  • Experience with mobile ecosystems and cross-platform product development.

  • Experience in cybersecurity, privacy, identity, or related consumer protection domains preferred.

Salary Ranges:
$256,300.00 - $316,500.00
The pay range depicts a base salary range for all positions except commission-based roles. The pay range for commission-based roles represents On Target Earnings (annual base salary + target annual commission). Additional compensation elements may be offered including an opportunity for bonus incentives and also competitive benefits package. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as the external/internal market demand, location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
