Position Overview

InteLogix is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Lead Generation & Marketing to lead the development, execution, and optimization of demand-generation, brand-building, and marketing initiatives for our BPO organization. This executive leader will drive measurable pipeline growth, oversee multi-channel marketing strategies, and position the company as a trusted outsourcing partner across global markets.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in the BPO industry, understands the nuances of outsourced CX, back-office, and technical support operations, and excels at building programs that attract high-quality enterprise prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy to support revenue goals in the BPO industry.

  • Build positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates the organization in a competitive outsourcing landscape.

  • Lead brand strategy, content strategy, digital marketing, demand generation, and product marketing functions.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Own the global demand-generation engine including content marketing, SEO, paid media, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), email campaigns, events, webinars, and partnerships.

  • Design and optimize data-driven lead generation programs to attract qualified enterprise and mid-market prospects.

  • Partner with Sales leadership to define MQL, SQL, and pipeline contribution goals; ensure smooth hand-off through aligned scoring, automation, and workflows.

BPO Market Expertise

  • Analyze market trends, buyer personas, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies impacting the BPO sector.

  • Identify new verticals, geographic markets, and service lines to increase engagement and lead volume.

  • Build thought leadership around CX transformation, automation, multilingual support, AI-enhanced operations, and multi-shore delivery models.

Data, Analytics & Technology

  • Oversee marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and reporting to evaluate performance against pipeline and revenue targets.

  • Leverage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho), and intent data tools to scale lead generation.

  • Implement A/B testing frameworks and continuous optimization for ads, landing pages, and messaging.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a global marketing team across content, digital, design, and lead gen functions.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Client Success, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.

  • Lead relationships with agencies, vendors, and technology partners to support marketing objectives.

Brand Growth & Thought Leadership

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content such as case studies, whitepapers, industry reports, videos, and social campaigns that position the company as an outsourcing expert.

  • Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and webinars as a spokesperson or thought leader.

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels and communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, demand generation, or growth roles, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership capacity.

  • Direct experience in the BPO industry or related outsourcing sectors (CX, IT services, BPM, shared services, etc.).

  • Proven track record of building sustainable lead generation engines and delivering measurable pipeline growth.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, outsourcing decision-making, and multi-channel marketing strategies.

  • Expertise with marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and lead attribution.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, multi-shore business environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing globally

  • Familiarity with AI-driven customer experience trends, automation, and digital transformation in outsourcing.

  • Experience scaling teams in high-growth, service-based organizations.
