Open to all US locations. The ideal Real Estate Management Services (REMS) Technology marketing candidate will have proven experience planning, organizing and executing programs that generate new mid-to-large enterprise prospects, advance existing opportunities, and grow existing customer wallet share for the sales team. The REMS Technology marketing senior director must be adept at developing multi-touch and multi-dimensional marketing plans including both inbound and outbound tactics as well as account-based marketing strategies.

 

This person serves as the strategic growth advisor for the REMS technology business, creating integrated marketing plans for demand generation, revenue growth, messaging, content, digital marketing, customer engagement, and analytics. This person will be responsible for working cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, business development and strategy to build and execute targeted marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have a strategic, results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships with sales and leadership, translating business needs into marketing programs and pipeline. This position requires a high level of creativity and innovation, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to create and optimize marketing strategies and programs.

 

What this role involves

 

  • Drive messaging and positioning for JLL’s REMS Technology business

  • Develop market positioning to differentiate JLL from the competition

  • Coordinate the creation and update of website and social media content

  • Support product launches and manage conferences and events

  • Plan and execute marketing programs to generate new prospects and drive business growth

  • Develop multi-touch and multi-dimensional marketing plans for inbound and outbound tactics

  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of marketing programs

  • Communicate and educate client teams on marketing activities

  • Interface with sales and executive leadership on a regular basis

  • Support demand campaigns and develop sales training content.

 

Basic Qualifications 

 

  • BS in marketing or business, MBA preferred

  • Ten or more years of B2B marketing 

  • Five or more years of B2B marketing leadership experience

  • Proven experience working with sales teams to formulate and operationalize programs that drive sales

  • Ability to demonstrate track record of success in all key areas of responsibility

  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience managing a budget and team

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

175,000.00 – 205,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
