The Role

As we scale, our ecosystem is our greatest competitive moat. As the Senior Director of Partner Sales & Reseller Programs, you are the Chief Architect of our Indirect Revenue Engine. You will build the strategy, the programs, and the infrastructure that allow LJI to scale through Channel Resellers, System Integrators, referral partners, and Platform Alliances in the APAC market and other key markets globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Strategy & Program Design:
Define and implement the 360° partner strategy across Distributors, Resellers, ISVs, and SI partners to drive a thriving Indirect sales model. You’ll identify, recruit, and enable key partners across various geographies starting with the Asia Pacific region.
  • Co-Sell & GTM Execution: Build repeatable Co-Sell Motions. You will launch Partner GTM assets (Joint webinars, customer stories, integrations pages, sales plays, etc), lead joint account mapping, pipeline generation, and high-touch deal support, establishing clear operational processes for a friction-free sales culture.
  • Enablement & Partner Experience: Own the Partner Journey. You will develop onboarding, certification, and technical training infrastructure to make partners "GRAVTY-ready", ensuring communication cadence via newsletters, office hours, and partner-facing product release updates.
  • Partner Relationship Management (PRM): Implement and own the PRM stack to track recruitment, activation, and performance. You will track Partner-Sourced Pipeline, Partner contribution to referred deals, and Influenced Revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product/Delivery/Engineering teams to prioritize integrations that unlock the most revenue. Work with Legal/Finance to architect scalable referral, reseller, and incentive agreements.

What You Bring (Must Haves)

  • A Revenue first attitude with 10+ years in indirect B2B SaaS sales with prior experience as a partner sales leader, and a history of carrying a sales quota or being directly accountable for Partner-Sourced Revenue.
  • Prior relationships and an active network of distributors, resellers, and global system integrators in the APAC and Middle East Regions.
  • Capability to seamlessly collaborate with LJI’s internal teams while navigating the often complex and demanding expectations of diverse partners, ensuring alignment and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Communication and presentation mastery, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence and negotiate with C-level stakeholders.
  • Work closely with sales account leaders and partners to drive joint account planning, pipeline creation, and opportunity pursuit.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and business acumen, with a history of driving measurable results.
  • Strong technical fluency with a clear understanding of modern architectures, including Cloud-Native, Serverless, and Agentic AI, enabling meaningful engagement with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems viz zoho, hubspot, salesforce, or similar tools to manage partnerships, track pipeline, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Startup DNA and a "Juggernaut" mindset—thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and building the "playbook" as you go.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. MBA preferred.

Why LJI?

  • Innovative Product: Sell a platform that is consistently recognized for its Advanced Loyalty Tech and recognized by leading Industry Analysts.
  • Unique opportunity: Orchestrate multi-brand coalitions and "super-app" loyalty strategies in complex ecosystems. This isn't a transactional SaaS sell; it is a high-level strategic play that puts you in the boardroom with the CXOs.
  • Growth: Opportunity to shape the Partner Sales organization at LJI.
