This is a fully remote position and the individual can be located anywhere in the US.
Position Purpose:
Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of ICHRA-focused products that enhance market competitiveness and deliver measurable value to customers and business. Lead the development and optimization of ICHRA product portfolios by identifying emerging opportunities, shaping differentiated solutions, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Advance a culture of innovation by championing new ideas, testing concepts, and accelerating the successful adoption of high impact initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of the ICHRA business strategy, with accountability for growth, scalability, and long term sustainability.
- Build, strengthen, and optimize the ICHRA carrier and provider network to ensure competitive offerings, coverage adequacy, and affordability.
- Identify market opportunities, employer segments, and growth levers to expand ICHRA adoption across targeted populations.
- Translate enterprise strategy into actionable strategies, milestones, and performance outcomes
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership on ICHRA positioning, competitiveness, and innovation.
- Partner closely with Network, Product, and Actuarial teams to design solutions that meet employer and employee needs while maintaining compliance and financial discipline
- Provide oversight of ICHRA related contracts, including carrier agreements, vendor partnerships, and third party administrators.
- Communicate ICHRA strategy, performance, and risks to leaders and stakeholders.
- Provide clear, data driven insights to support decision making and investment priorities.
- Remove barriers to execution and drive alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Ensure operational readiness and scalability as the ICHRA business grows.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Procurement to mitigate risk and ensure contractual consistency and governance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required Master's Degree preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in healthcare, health insurance, benefits strategy, or related commercial product environments, with increasing leadership responsibility required
- Familiarity with ICHRA, individual market products, or alternative employer health benefit models preferred
- 3+ years management experience required

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
