  • Drive automation and AI initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.

Build & Develop the Team

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team of 4 supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel functions.

  • Establish clear priorities, coaching, and performance expectations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Analytical Decision Maker: You are highly analytical and can translate complex data into clear business insights. You are comfortable identifying risks, diagnosing root causes, and recommending actions that improve performance.
