ABOUT THE TEAM

Join Mural’s global Revenue team as the leader of strategy, operations, and enablement. You’ll guide a high-impact team focused on cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. Working with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, you’ll provide strategic insights, streamline processes, and deliver enablement programs to empower teams and drive customer success. We value accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement to make a meaningful impact on Mural’s success.

YOUR MISSION

You will architect and lead Mural’s revenue strategy, revenue operations, and sales enablement functions to accelerate business performance and growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will serve as a strategic thought partner—proactively identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and translating company priorities into scalable revenue-driving initiatives. You will drive alignment across GTM teams, oversee operational excellence, and build enablement programs that boost seller effectiveness.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  •  Develop and execute holistic revenue strategies, unifying GTM planning, sales enablement, and operational priorities to achieve ambitious growth targets.

  • Serve as a proactive strategic partner to the CRO and GTM leadership team, helping translate vision into execution.

  • Direct and coach the Revenue Operations team, overseeing performance analysis, process optimization, and the rollout of new systems and initiatives.

  • Lead the sales enablement function, driving programs that increase seller productivity, skill growth, and customer engagement.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.

  • Deliver executive-level reporting, business reviews, and actionable insights to CRO and senior leadership.

  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture; empower direct reports to innovate, experiment, and drive measurable results.

  • Balance high-level strategic thinking with a bias for execution—rolling up your sleeves when needed to turn plans into outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  •  10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or revenue strategy, with proven ability to build and scale teams.

  • Background in SaaS or technology industries; experience with both scaling and mature organizations preferred.

  • Strong expertise in GTM strategy, revenue planning, and operational execution.

  • Track record of optimizing sales processes, implementing new systems, and improving performance.

  • Skilled in financial planning, forecasting, and analyzing sales performance metrics.

  • Effective communicator with advanced analytical, coaching, and change management abilities; adept at facilitation and driving alignment.

  • Proficient in leveraging AI-driven tools and data to inform strategy and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Results-driven, with a passion for innovation, team development, and continuous improvement.

The base salary for this role ranges from $208,000 - $260,000 + bonus + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
