This is a fully remote role and can be located anywhere in the US.
Position Purpose: Develop and direct strategic business initiatives within product offerings, management, development, and enhancement, integration of adaptive technologies, and support of sales and clients. Lead Centene’s provider-facing digital strategy to enhance provider experience, improve performance, and reduce administrative burden. Own the development and execution of a comprehensive roadmap for digital capabilities—including portals, CRM integration, and interoperability—while ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and provider needs.
- Develop and lead long-term product development and enhancement initiatives that cross and/or integrate product portfolios, including provider-facing digital tools and technologies.
- Ensure subject matter expertise is infused into all products to ensure processes are being followed during the product development process, including consumer experience, software engineering, clinical, and behavior change science.
- Assist with forecasting and financial planning to support funding and sustainability of Centene’s digital provider strategy, aligning investments with measurable outcomes and enterprise priorities.
- Identify and support the integration of duplicative products/interventions across all business units, while aligning with enterprise digital strategy and provider experience goals.
- Ensure consistent and seamless integration of adaptive technology and expert team-based services across all product portfolios to ensure optimal behavior change outcomes, including interoperability and CRM platform integration.
- Represent provider needs in enterprise-level planning and decision-making forums.
- Support sales and client services across all business units with product customization in consultation with all product stakeholders, and communicate strategic updates and progress to executive leadership.
- Support in the financial analysis of product performance while ensuring product management/enhancement and new product development strategic plans and ongoing product assessments have documented value propositions and financial performance parameters.
- Support increasing provider adoption and utilization of digital capabilities through targeted strategies, monitoring effectiveness, and recommending enhancements based on data insights.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. Master's Degree preferred. 7+ years of product development/management or related experience. Experience with product planning, development, execution, and product financials. Experience across different market segments and product types. 5+ years in digital strategy, provider experience, or healthcare technology leadership roles preferred. Strong understanding of provider workflows, interoperability standards, and CRM platforms preferred. Practice operations or managed care experience preferred.
Pay Range: $145,100.00 - $268,800.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
