Position Summary...What you'll do...The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team builds products that connects sellers across the world to buyers shopping our marketplaces, enabling access to our customers to over 350M+ items, and growing. Setting up our sellers to succeed on the Marketplace by profitably growing their business is the cornerstone of our promise to our sellers.
In this role, you will collaborate with Strategy, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design to set the vision for, and build processes, programs and platforms that help our sellers succeed on the Marketplace in programs such as Pricing, Ratings, Promotions, Seller Marketing and Offer quality . As the single threaded leader responsible for building and operationalizing strategies to help manage and drive profitable growth for our WW Seller Base. You will apply a general management perspective and problem-solving approach, will be agile and able to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to the business roadmap. As such, you will be able to identify key risks, dependencies, and work with the requisite teams to put solutions in place that will achieve the product outcomes. You’ll apply your business acumen and analytical mindset to separate signal from noise and provide sellers a roadmap to winning on our platform. This person will be skilled at engaging and communicating to senior executives across multiple domains, as well as engaging at a detailed level across product management and engineering, strategy, merchant technology, retail merchandising, supply chain & analytics.
