What You’ll Own

  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing Partnership Success team with clear goals, metrics, and accountability.

  • Define and execute strategies that align partner success with company growth objectives.

  • Build scalable processes and best practices that enhance efficiency, consistency, and partner outcomes.

🔹 Revenue Growth & Retention

  • Drive strategies that expand, renew, and grow EdVisorly’s higher education partnerships.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize forecasting, pricing, and operational execution.

  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, inform strategy, and report impact to leadership.

🔹 Partner Success & Management

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior university leaders to ensure adoption, engagement, and measurable results.

  • Personally manage key strategic accounts while guiding your team to deliver excellence across the portfolio.

  • Use data-driven insights to tell compelling stories, demonstrate value, and influence institutional decision-making.

You Might Be a Fit If...

✅ You have 8–12+ years of experience in customer success, partnerships, or account management — ideally in EdTech.
✅ You’ve successfully managed and scaled teams of client-facing professionals.
✅ You have a track record of driving renewals, upsells, and partner satisfaction across a portfolio.
✅ You bring executive presence and can confidently influence senior university leaders.
✅ You’re both strategic and analytical — skilled at turning insights into action.
✅ You’ve worked in higher education, enrollment management, or SaaS environments.
✅ You’re highly adaptable, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love leading with purpose.
✅ You’re open to travel (up to 45%) and are based near a major travel hub.
