About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned product leader to shape the future of Relyance AI's product vision and strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving product innovation, collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver exceptional value to our customers. Your work will directly inform product pricing, packaging, and the GTM motion.
What You'll Do
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development for Relyance AI's suite of products. Work directly with the founder and CEO on the core strategy and vision.
- Conduct deep customer research and market analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
- Translate customer insights into detailed product specifications and use cases.
- Ensuring alignment with business goals and customer value.
- Collaborate closely with R&D throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with sales and customer success to enable successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Evangelize and communicate Relyance AI’s product and vision directly with customers, analysts, and the global community of practitioners.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in the enterprise SaaS space.
- Deep understanding of data privacy, data security, and/or AI governance challenges faced by modern businesses.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Data-driven mindset, with a focus on using metrics to measure product performance and customer impact.
- Passion for building innovative products that solve real-world problems for businesses.
- You understand agentic workflows and/or have done something similar in the past.
Bonus Points
- Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
- Familiarity with data security posture management (DSPM), Data Catalog, GRC, and/or Observability solutions.
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies and understanding their implications for data governance.
