Who We’re Looking For

Wisp is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead site performance across our DTC telehealth platform. This role will own the site testing roadmap, oversee SEO/ AEO agency strategy and execution, and manage on-site merchandising operations through direct management of the Ecommerce Marketing Manager.

This person will act as the connective tissue between Growth, Product, Engineering, Paid Media, and external agencies to drive conversion rate optimization, organic growth, and revenue performance across the site.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, experimentation expertise, and operational rigor with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Site Testing Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
  • Own and manage the site-wide experimentation roadmap aligned to e-commerce and growth priorities.

  • Oversee full test lifecycle: ideation, prioritization, design, QA, launch, analysis, and rollout to support the e-commerce roadmap and business initiatives.

  • Partner with our testing agency (or execute directly within testing platform) to design, build, and QA experiments.

  • Identify funnel leakage and develop hypothesis-driven A/B tests to improve conversion performance.

  • Translate winning experiments into permanent feature requirements in partnership with Product.

SEO/ AEO Strategy & Agency Management
  • Provide strategic input to ensure SEO/ AEO priorities align with business and product goals.

  • Partner cross-functionally to drive and implement SEO/ AEO recommendations (content, technical, and UX).

  • Own agency relationship, monitoring organic performance and reporting on growth opportunities + impact.

Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor E-commerce Marketing Manager (Site Merchandiser), fostering growth in capability, confidence, and accountability.

  • Elevate team performance by instilling operational rigor and launch excellence across the site.

This Role Could Be A Good Fit For You If You Have…
  • 5–8+ years experience in ecommerce, growth marketing, or CRO (DTC preferred).

  • Demonstrated experience owning an experimentation roadmap.

  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical interpretation.

  • Experience managing SEO/ AEO agencies and driving execution of SEO/ AEO initiatives.

  • Proven cross-functional partnership with Product and Engineering teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Experience working in regulated or healthcare-adjacent environments a plus.

What We Bring To You
  • A fully remote environment, including a monthly Wi-Fi allowance to support our remote-first environment.

  • $500 Work Better Stipend so you can have the optimal work-from-home set-up.

  • DeskPass membership to empower you to work where you thrive best and connect with other team members across the U.S. and Canada.

  • Uncapped Time Off to recharge–and we track to ensure employees are taking at least 20 days off per year.

  • Talkspace membership to provide you with immediate mental healthcare access and guidance.

  • Flexible Fridays where there are no company meetings or mandatory work obligations.

  • Our $1,000/year Learning Stipend to enable your professional growth and development.

  • 100% monthly premium coverage for Health, Vision, and Dental insurance for you and your dependents.

  • 3% 401(k) match, dollar for dollar, that vests your first day (read: no waiting period).
