Job Description:

The Senior eCommerce Development Manager plays a vital role in delivering Royal Canin’s brand growth ambitions within the digital commerce space. This role partners closely with strategic eCommerce customers to drive a wide range of strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating the growth of the health nutrition category and achieving key brand and commercial objectives. By leveraging data, insights, and collaboration, the Senior eCommerce Development Manager ensures Royal Canin continues to lead and innovate in the evolving online pet nutrition landscape. 

What are we looking for? 

  • Proven track record of Building collaborative relationship with customers/ stakeholders- operate across European markets.  

  • Proven Track record of Project management. 

  • Strong collaboration skills - someone who can work with senior stakeholders from across the organisation to bring these projects to life. 

  • Commercial acumen and strategic vision. 

What will be your key responsibilities? 

  • Drive Brand Consideration Through Ratings & Reviews: Lead review generation campaigns, encouraging consumer-generated ratings and reviews through external programs. 

  • Be the voice of the Customer Insights & produce a quarterly Voice of the Customer report summarizing key product review insights and drive actions from the learnings with Zooplus  

  • Drive Future-Ready Category Insights: be the owner of insights tools e.g. Fox Intelligence to bring relevant category and eCommerce intelligence. 

  • Provide category insights to customers to help elevate the Royal Canin shopping experience on their platform. 

  • eCommerce Marketing Strategy & Asset Development: work backwards from customer and pet owner insights to develop impactful, insight-led creative campaigns. 

  • Collaborate with creative agencies to produce compelling marketing assets that align with brand and business objectives. 

  • Lead the development of digital and physical marketing assets. 

  • Conduct post-campaign reviews, including ROI and performance metrics.
