Reporting to the VP of Sales & Business Development, you'll serve as the connective tissue across every digital point of sale, ensuring our pricing, promotions, product launches, content, and operations are aligned across channels and markets. You'll be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, personally managing our highest-volume channels while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, Finance, and our international teams to drive sustainable growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, leading through influence, and building scalable ecommerce operations in a fast-paced consumer products environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own day-to-day ecommerce operations across Amazon (US, Canada, UK, and EU), Target.com, Walmart.com, DTC, TikTok Shop, and other digital marketplaces.
  • Execute pricing updates, promotions, product launches, catalog maintenance, inventory coordination, compliance documentation, and issue resolution across priority channels.
  • Serve as the operational lead connecting Sales, Marketing, Production, Finance, and international teams to ensure seamless cross-channel execution.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on promotional planning, forecasting, and account support while owning ecommerce execution.
  • Manage and develop the Ecommerce Manager, providing coaching, prioritization, and career development.
  • Coordinate with international partners to ensure consistent digital shelf execution across global markets.
  • Partner with Marketing on content strategy, product detail pages, campaign execution, and digital shelf optimization.
  • Lead ecommerce execution for major seasonal events, including Prime Day, Q4, and new product launches.
  • Build reporting and dashboards that translate channel performance into actionable business insights.
  • Evaluate and optimize ecommerce tools and technology, recommending new solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
  • Stay current on ecommerce trends, emerging platforms, AI tools, and best practices, bringing forward recommendations that drive growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 5–8 years of ecommerce experience, preferably within consumer products, CPG, toys, or games.
  • Deep expertise with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central across North America and Europe.
  • Experience managing retail.com channels such as Walmart and Target.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and digital merchandising.
  • Experience leading and developing team members.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
  • A hands-on, player-coach mentality with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working across international markets is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 10–15%).
  • While this role is ideally Los Angeles based, we are open to a remote candidate in the states we are set up to hire in: AZ, ID< WA, TX, NY, CT, MO, MI, IL

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Success in this position means delivering sustainable ecommerce growth while creating operational excellence across every digital touchpoint. You'll help ensure our products show up consistently and effectively wherever customers shop online, while improving processes, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and developing a high-performing ecommerce function.

If you're excited about combining strategy with execution and helping bring one of the world's most beloved game brands to more customers around the globe, we'd love to hear from you.
