In this dual role as an HR and ER Business Partner, you'll drive company-wide people programs that shape the employee experience, build strategic partnerships with business and functional leaders, and lead global employee relations matters and policies. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business priorities into effective people strategies that help teams grow, evolve, and thrive in an inclusive, high-performance culture. You'll also lead employee relations activities and programs across the organization. This position reports to the Director, Head of HRBP & Employee Relations.
This role is ideal for a self-starter and team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and who brings both deep HR expertise and the ability to flex between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring our core values are reflected in our programs and policies.

The annual pay range reflected above for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed in the job description. Salary ranges for other locations vary from the range reflected above. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

In addition, you'll:
- Provide strategic guidance to corporate function senior leadership on org design, talent development, change management, performance and compensation planning, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
- Partner with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and Central Services to design and deliver people programs that address evolving business needs.
- Lead complex global employee relations matters and investigations, ensuring fair, consistent application of policies and compliance with local employment laws
- Coach managers, employees, and HRBPs on performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace challenges across global contexts.
- Serve as a key point of escalation for sensitive concerns, driving resolution with empathy, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Develop, review and update HR policies and ER training programs to ensure compliance, reinforce values and promote best practices.

You're an empathetic, collaborative problem-solver who values impact, welcomes feedback, and works with kindness and clarity. In addition, you have:
- A BA / BS degree or higher, with 5-8 years of HR Business Partner and/or Employee Relations experience, working in a global organization
- Expertise in employment law in the markets where we operate (US, UK, DE, Japan), policy design, risk assessment and managing sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment and legal/compliance awareness.
- Strong ability to influence senior leaders and serve as a strategic advisor on people matters.
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience aligning people strategies to organizational objectives and driving change initiatives.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills, with a solutions-oriented and empathetic approach.
- Passion for leveraging data, analytics, and emerging technologies (including AI) to enhance HR and Employee Relations practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and diplomacy
