We are seeking a Senior – Endpoint Engineer, Infrastructure, to join our Infrastructure team within the Information Technology department. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, OS deployment, SCCM/MECM, and workstation engineering. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and efficient endpoint solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Administer and assist with designing the organization's SCCM/MECM environments to ensure efficient and secure endpoint management.
  • Implement and manage Windows Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning and configuration.
  • Assist in the security design and management of mobile devices, enforcing security policies via Microsoft Intune.
  • Design and implement workstation configurations, optimizing performance, security, and end-user experience.
  • Ensure workstations are current with the latest Microsoft and third-party security patches and updates.
  • Assist with the design, implementation, and support of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for workstation management.
  • Plan, deploy, and manage OS updates and upgrades across the enterprise.
  • Develop and manage task sequences for consistent and repeatable software deployments.
  • Package and distribute software applications and manage the full application lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain processes for emergency workstation recovery to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide Tier 4 advanced support for the IT Systems Reliability team.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM/MECM-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in endpoint management with SCCM/MECM infrastructure and Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
  • Have a bachelor's degree or higher in computer information systems or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Have extensive experience in MECM administration and OS deployment engineering.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of workstation patching and mobile device management.
  • Have experience with application packaging, workstation engineering, and emergency recovery processes.
  • Be familiar with monitoring and troubleshooting MECM environments.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Be a Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) (preferred).
  • Be a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) (preferred).
  • Have CompTIA Certifications (Network+, A+, or equivalent) (preferred).
  • Have an ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
