What You’ll Do

Description of the Team
The Talent Acquisition Systems team sits at the intersection of Recruiting, HR Technology, and Enterprise Systems. We enable CoreWeave’s rapid growth by designing, maintaining, and scaling the systems that power our end-to-end hiring experience. Our work ensures recruiting operations are efficient, compliant, data-driven, and seamlessly integrated with the broader HR and financial ecosystem.

About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer, Talent Acquisition to support and scale our recruiting technology ecosystem. In this role, you will own the day-to-day configuration, optimization, and reliability of Talent Acquisition systems, primarily Greenhouse, while partnering closely with Workday and downstream integrations. You’ll work hands-on with recruiters, HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. This role is critical to delivering a best-in-class hiring experience as CoreWeave continues to grow at pace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain Talent Acquisition systems, primarily Greenhouse.

  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and IT to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

  • Configure recruiting workflows, business processes, conditional rules, and system notifications.

  • Manage system security, roles, and permissions related to recruiting and hiring.

  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support recruiting metrics and leadership insights.

  • Support and enhance integrations across the recruiting ecosystem, including HRIS (Workday), headcount planning, onboarding, background checks, assessments, and finance systems.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with vendors to drive timely resolution.

  • Support system testing, upgrades, and release management.

  • Develop system documentation and deliver training to recruiters and key stakeholders.

  • Stay current on Talent Acquisition technology trends, Workday enhancements, and industry best practices.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Talent Acquisition or HR systems, with hands-on experience in Greenhouse, Workday, or comparable platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience configuring recruiting workflows, system rules, permissions, and compliance-related processes.

  • Strong working knowledge of Workday reporting, security framework, business processes, and integrations.

  • Experience participating in system implementations, enhancements, or large-scale optimization initiatives.

  • Proven ability to analyze system data, identify issues, and implement scalable technical solutions.

Preferred

  • Experience with Workday EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).

  • Familiarity with HRIS governance models, SOX controls, or audit-compliant system design.

  • Experience leveraging automation tools or scripting to improve operational efficiency.

The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
