                                                                                     Senior Gameplay Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Gameplay Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for game development, a deep understanding of gameplay systems, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality code in Unreal Engine. You will play a crucial role in implementing, and optimizing core gameplay features for our exciting new projects.

• Design, develop, and implement gameplay systems and features, ensuring a fun and engaging player experience.
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, animators, and other engineers to bring game concepts to life.
• Optimize gameplay code for performance and stability across various platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions.

• 5+ years of professional experience in game development, with a focus on Unreal Engine.
• Proficiency in C++ and blueprints with Unreal Engine.
• C++ and Blueprint experience with Unreal Engine 5
• Experience with various gameplay systems, including AI, physics and character control.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with console development.
• Experience with some Unreal Engine animation systems, such as Animation Blueprints, animation state machines, and skeletal character animation retargeting.
• Collaboration with Animators, Character Artists, Designers, and Technical Animators, to help develop and optimize character movement systems, animation sharing, and procedural animation.
• Experience debugging Unreal Engine Graphics
• Shipped a game using Unreal Engine 5
