The summary above was generated by AI

SimScale is an engineering simulation platform that is revolutionizing the way engineers, designers, scientists, and architects design products. The SimScale platform is accessible completely via a web browser, with an easy-to-use interface which supports numerous simulation types including Structural Mechanics, Fluid Dynamics and Thermodynamics.

By harnessing the power of the cloud for simulation, SimScale eliminates the hurdles that accompany traditional simulation tools: high installation costs, licensing fees, deployment of high-performance computing hardware, mandatory updates and maintenance. Users always have the latest version of SimScale.

Your Opportunity

As a Senior Enterprise Solution Engineer, you will be a key partner in building trusted relationships with prospective enterprise customers, driving simulation and AI adoption across North America. You will design solution architectures for 6- to 7-figure enterprise deals, write the SOWs, run the technical discovery, and own the proof-of-value through to technical close. Collaborating across teams, you will help develop webinars and workshops tailored to highlight the platform’s benefits for specific industry segments. You will also work closely with Product Management to align product development with high-value opportunities, ensuring customer success while supporting SimScale’s long-term growth.

What we expect from you

  • 8+ years in solution engineering, technical sales, or pre-sales architecture for enterprise CAE / CAD / PLM / ERP software
  • Engineering degree or higher with specialization in CFD, FEA, or computational electromagnetics
  • Documented track record of writing SOWs, scoping multi-month services engagements, and growing enterprise accounts past $250k ARR (please be ready to walk us through two examples)
  • Has shipped at least one customer-facing workflow involving ML / AI applied to a CAE or simulation problem (surrogate models, generative design, physics-AI inference, AI co-pilots for engineers)
  • Proven track record demonstrating simulation, PLM, or ERP software to executives, including running C-level conversations and translating technical capability into ROI
  • Skilled and persuasive communicator, able to engage diverse audiences, build trust, and drive alignment
  • Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with strong ownership, urgency, and accountability
  • Collaborative and flexible team player with a big-picture perspective and cross-functional approach

What you can expect from us

  • Join a dedicated, supportive team with unlimited growth opportunities and leadership potential
  • Make an impact quickly by sharing ideas and contributing to creative, goal-oriented projects
  • Work in a diverse, inclusive environment with colleagues from over 35 countries
  • Enjoy flexible hours and the freedom to work remotely from anywhere in the world
  • Access comprehensive health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and wellness support
  • Enjoy fresh office lunches or gift cards as a remote employee
  • Stay active with subsidized gym memberships, sports meetups, and wellness programs
  • Grow as a professional with online/offline learning, language courses, and tech talks
  • Connect at team events, join support groups, and contribute to our ESG and DE&I initiatives
  • Participate in fun team challenges and competitions for added excitement and team spirit
  • This is a senior individual-contributor role. There is no people-management dimension at this level; the path to leadership exists at SimScale but is not part of this opening.
  • Total compensation (OTE) range = $155-223k
