Superlanet is seeking a Senior Epic Cogito Application Analyst for our healthcare client in Texas. This is a direct-hire, primarily remote position with travel required for key project milestones, go-lives, and organization-wide initiatives.
The Senior Epic Cogito Application Analyst will lead the planning, execution, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic Cogito reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. This individual will work closely with clinical, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions effectively support organizational priorities and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience across the Epic Cogito ecosystem, including Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Cogito SQL Reporting, and related data and analytics tools. This role will also serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, reporting developers, data architects, application teams, and organizational leadership.
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience supporting technical projects within healthcare or enterprise IT
Hands-on Epic Cogito experience, including Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, and Cogito SQL Reporting
Strong SQL and healthcare data analysis experience
Experience with Microsoft SSIS packages and Cogito extracts
Experience supporting Epic reporting, analytics, and/or enterprise data warehouse initiatives
Understanding of healthcare data models, clinical workflows, and reporting requirements
Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives
Epic Cogito Fundamentals Certification required
Preferred
Epic Cogito Cloud experience
Experience within an Academic Medical Center, IDN, or large healthcare organization
Epic Data Models Certification(s)
Epic Cogito Project Manager Certification
PMP certification
