Superlanet is seeking an experienced Senior Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to join our growing Managed Services team. This full-time, direct-hire opportunity is designed for a senior Epic analyst with deep Healthy Planet build, configuration, population health, and dashboard experience who is passionate about supporting strategic Epic initiatives across our healthcare client portfolio.

As a member of our Managed Services team, you will partner with leading healthcare organizations to support Healthy Planet implementations, Community Connect deployments, system optimization, upgrades, reporting initiatives, and ongoing application enhancements. You'll enjoy the stability of a full-time position while working across a variety of meaningful client engagements, expanding your Epic expertise, and making a lasting impact on healthcare organizations nationwide.

This is a primarily remote opportunity with occasional travel required for key meetings, project milestones, and go-live activities. Initial client engagement requires availability during Pacific Time business hours.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, configure, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet functionality across complex healthcare environments.

  • Build and maintain Healthy Planet registries, dashboards, metrics, reports, and population health tools.

  • Develop and optimize workflows supporting population health, care management, quality initiatives, risk stratification, and value-based care.

  • Create and maintain Radar dashboards, Reporting Workbench reports, SlicerDicer content, and other Epic reporting and visualization tools.

  • Translate clinical, operational, and leadership requirements into effective Epic build, dashboards, reporting solutions, and workflows.

  • Partner with clinical, operational, quality, and technical stakeholders to improve population health workflows and data visibility.

  • Support Community Connect implementations, upgrades, optimization efforts, and ongoing application enhancements.

  • Perform hands-on Epic configuration, testing, troubleshooting, system enhancements, and production support.

  • Analyze application and reporting issues and recommend build or workflow improvements.

  • Support healthcare interoperability and third-party application integrations impacting Healthy Planet workflows and data.

  • Mentor junior analysts and serve as a Healthy Planet subject matter expert across Managed Services engagements.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Epic analyst experience in a healthcare environment.

  • Epic Healthy Planet certification required.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Healthy Planet build, configuration, and optimization.

  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining registries, dashboards, reports, metrics, and population health workflows.

  • Experience with:

    • Epic Healthy Planet

    • Healthy Planet Registries

    • Population Health and Care Management workflows

    • Radar Dashboards

    • Reporting Workbench

    • SlicerDicer

    • Quality and value-based care initiatives

    • Epic build, configuration, testing, and optimization

  • Experience translating business and clinical requirements into dashboard, reporting, and application build solutions.

  • Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization, and production environments.

  • Experience supporting Community Connect environments preferred.

  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability and third-party application integrations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Epic Cogito certification or significant Cogito/reporting experience preferred, but not required.

  • Additional Epic certifications such as Ambulatory, Clarity, Caboodle, or Care Everywhere.

  • Experience developing advanced Epic dashboards and analytics for clinical, operational, quality, or executive stakeholders.

  • Experience with Healthy Planet implementations and large-scale optimization initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of population health management, value-based care programs, quality measures, and care management workflows.



Benefits
Salary based on experience and qualifications $110,000 - $150,000+
