The Senior Epic PB Analyst will provide Epic Professional Billing build, optimization, and support across various healthcare client environments, focusing on revenue cycle workflows and troubleshooting issues throughout the billing lifecycle.

Superlanet is seeking a full-time Senior Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone who wants long-term stability with project variety, supporting leading healthcare organizations. Local talent will be preferred, but not required.
What You’ll Do- Provide Epic PB build, optimization, and support across multiple client environments
- Initially support a Community Connect team in a backfill capacity
- Transition into upcoming implementation and optimization projects
- Support long-term maintenance and enhancements across client systems
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to improve revenue cycle workflows
- Troubleshoot issues across the full Professional Billing lifecycle (charge capture → claims → reimbursement)
- Epic PB Certification (required)
- Proven experience with:
- Charge capture, claim edits, and workqueues
- Revenue cycle workflows and end-to-end PB processes
- Build, testing, and go-live support
- Charge capture, claim edits, and workqueues
- Experience supporting Community Connect environments is a plus
- Experience in California healthcare, including Medi-Cal and FQHC environments, is highly valued
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership across multiple projects
- Strong communication skills with both technical and operational stakeholders
Benefits
Salary range based on experience. $110,000 - $150,000
