Position Overview:
The Senior Events Marketing Specialist is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for strategic planning, coordination and delivery of high quality in person events that support Becker’s brand, lead generation, and revenue goals. This role owns end-to-end event execution with accountability for logistics, vendor coordination, lead capture accuracy and post-event reporting to ensure events drive measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

    • Plan, coordinate and execute all aspects of event logistics for national conferences and trade shows, including registration, shipping, ordering materials, booth setup and on-site execution.

    •Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, checklists, run-of-show documents and contingency plans.

    • Coordinate with internal teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, Content, E-mail) to ensure events align to business objectives and messaging; establish measurable goals for each event

    • Conduct run-of-show meetings with relevant internal partners to ensure all are aware of their roles and responsibilities.

    • Support pre event and post event communications, including email and sales enablement assets.

    • Manage all event budgets, invoices, and expenses for individual events and overall including monthly forecasting.

    • Build relationships with strategic partners and coordinate with venues, show organizers, and third-party vendors.

    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining event quality.

    • Improve event processes, templates, and best practices to increase efficiency and consistency.    

    • Own event lead capture processes, tools, and workflows.

    •  Upload event leads into Salesforce promptly and accurately, including source, campaign, and event details.

    • Partner with Sales and Marketing on post-event lead handoff, follow up SLAs, and issue resolution.

    • Report monthly on event performance, covering engagement, lead metrics, pipeline impact, and ROI.

    • Produce post-event recap reports with insights, results, and recommendations for future improvement.

    • Achieve goals established for each event

    • Event leads captured accurately and on time

    • Salesforce data completeness

    • Overall event ROI

    • On time, on-budget, error free event execution

What You'll Need to Succeed

    • 4–7+ years of experience in event marketing or conference management.

    • Hands-on experience executing in person events end to end.

    • Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.

    • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and event lead capture tools.

    • Comfortable working cross functionally and managing multiple events simultaneously. Availability to travel to major events as needed

    • Ability to manage budgets, analyze and report on event performance
