[Summary]

• Provide high-level administrative and organizational support directly to C-Suite executives at a global technology leader

• Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and help executives stay on track throughout a fast-paced day

• Handle correspondence, reporting, and documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality

• Coordinate travel arrangements, expense submissions, and other administrative processes on behalf of leadership

• Serve as a liaison between the executive office and internal and external stakeholders

[Duties and Responsibilities]

• Oversee general office operations including supply management, records management, and basic bookkeeping

• Review, prepare, and route invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements

• Read and analyze incoming correspondence and reports to determine significance and appropriate distribution

• Prepare agendas and coordinate logistics for committee, board, and other leadership meetings

• Arrange travel and process related expense and administrative submissions

• Respond to requests such as organizational chart updates and seating chart changes

• Manage an active executive calendar, proactively prioritizing and resolving scheduling conflicts

• Support staff onboarding and offboarding, including equipment and system access requests

• Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and phone issues, and manage general office needs

• Assist with event planning, including scheduling, catering, and setup and breakdown

[Skills & Qualifications]

• Strong verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Advanced event planning and budgeting skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

• 8-10 years of relevant experience, including experience supporting executives, required

• Bilingual in Korean and English required
