About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to support our CEO at a rapidly scaling AI technology company. This highly visible role requires impeccable organization, proactive problem-solving, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will work in our office, collaborating closely with our existing Executive Assistant and partnering cross-functionally with teams across the company. This is a role for someone with outstanding judgment, professionalism, and the agility to anticipate needs before they arise.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-level executive support to our CEO and the broader organization, including complex calendar management, cross-functional scheduling, multi–time zone coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Partner closely with the existing EA team to align on priorities, communication flows, and executive and organizational needs.
  • Streamline and manage communication channels (email, calendars, distribution lists, internal messaging, etc.) to ensure executives and the broader organization remain organized and informed.
  • Manage end-to-end travel planning (domestic and international), including transportation, logistics, itineraries, and last-minute changes.
  • Coordinate events, offsites, team meetings, and GTM-focused programs.
  • Drive special projects and ad hoc initiatives —no task is too big or too small.
  • Think creatively and contribute content for presentations, slides, and meeting materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Prioritize competing tasks and respond quickly and effectively to shifting needs in a fast-moving AI startup environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information with discretion, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
What You’ll Bring
  • B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior leaders (C-level and above) in a fast-paced environment, ideally in tech or high-growth organizations.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and positive can-do attitude—your superpower is making the impossible possible.
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and synthesize information from diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with executives, staff, board members, external partners, and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail; expert at managing complex calendars, files, and workflows.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and operate as a trusted partner
  • A high level of discretion, sound judgment, and adaptability to competing priorities.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort navigating a multi-tool environment (e.g., Slack, Ramp, Notion, etc).
  • Ability to work independently while also being an exceptional team player.
Why You’ll Love This Role
  • You will have a significant impact at the forefront of cutting-edge AI innovation.
  • You'll join a high-energy, mission-driven team where your contributions directly shape how we scale and operate.
  • Every day brings new challenges, autonomy, and opportunities to grow.
Employee Benefits:
  • Flexible work hours
  • Competitive salary & equity
  • Tools stipend
  • Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
  • Short Term and Long Term Disability
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off + Holidays. We focus on trust and ownership, not time in the chair
  • Numerous company social events

We will do everything we can within reason to make sure that your interview takes place in an environment that fairly and accurately assesses your skills. If you need assistance or accommodation, please contact your recruiter.
