Senior Executive Assistant, Office of the EVP & Global Chief People Officer

Office of the EVP & Global Chief People Officer | The Coca-Cola Company

A High-Impact Executive Assistant Role Built for Speed, Judgment and Operating Excellence

This role is for a highly capable administrative professional who can run the office of the EVP & Global Chief People Officer with discipline, discretion and pace. The right person thinks ahead, uses technology to make work easier and faster, proactively manages detail and execution, and represents the office with warmth, professionalism and sound judgment. This is an operating effectiveness role focused on making the office run exceptionally well every day.

The Role

The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support the EVP & Global Chief People Officer and help the office operate with clarity, speed and consistency. This person will manage the day-to-day rhythm of the office, protect the leader’s time, coordinate priorities, handle confidential information, and ensure that meetings, travel, communications and follow-ups are executed flawlessly.

The role requires someone who is proactive, organized, digitally fluent and calm under pressure. You will not wait for directions - you will anticipate what is needed, identify issues early, solve problems quickly, and keep work moving across a busy global office.

You will act as a trusted representative of the Office of the EVP & Global Chief People Officer, bringing discretion, follow-through and excellent judgment to every interaction.

Why This Role Matters

This role matters because a high-performing executive office depends on excellent daily execution. When calendars are organized, meetings are prepared, travel is seamless, information is protected, and follow-ups are tracked, leaders can focus on the work that matters most. This role creates that operating discipline every day.

What You Will DoRun the Office: Calendar, Travel & Executive Operations

The foundation of this role is operational excellence. You will make the office easier to run, easier to navigate and easier to trust by bringing structure, accuracy and follow-through to the everyday work that enables the EVP and global People & Culture leadership team to perform at their best.

  • Own and manage the CPO's complex, global calendar with precision — proactively scheduling, prioritizing, and protecting time to ensure the right meetings happen at the right time, with the right preparation, and that white space is guarded for strategic thinking and recovery.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts across time zones and geographies, resolve them before they become problems, and ensure every meeting has a clear purpose, agenda, and expected outcome.
  • Manage all aspects of domestic and international travel: itinerary planning, flights, hotels, ground transportation, visa and passport requirements, and real-time adjustments when plans change — ensuring seamless, stress-free travel experiences.
  • Coordinate all bookings, reservations, and logistics for executive engagements — dinners, external meetings, speaking events, conferences, and VIP hosting — with attention to detail that reflects the standard of the CPO's office.
  • Process and reconcile expense reports accurately and on time, maintaining compliance with company policies and audit standards.
  • Manage incoming correspondence, invitations, and requests — triaging, responding, and routing with sound judgment and professionalism.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date files, records, and contact databases so that critical information is always accessible and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking time with or information from the CPO — representing her office with warmth, discretion, and authority.
Coordinate Office Projects and Executive Routines
  • Coordinate key office projects, leadership routines, meetings and team engagements by keeping timelines, materials, logistics and follow-ups organized.
  • Maintain simple trackers and status updates that make priorities, owners, deadlines and next steps clear.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to keep work moving, escalate blockers appropriately, and close the loop on commitments.
  • Support the Chief of Staff and leadership team with executive meetings, talent routines and other important office deliverables by managing logistics, materials and actions with precision.
  • Notice friction in day-to-day processes and suggest practical improvements that make the office easier, faster and more reliable to work with.
Support Team Engagement and Office Routines
  • Help organize P&C leadership team routines, meetings and connection moments so they are well planned, well communicated and easy to participate in.
  • Coordinate logistics for offsites, team meetings, recognition moments, milestone celebrations and informal connection points.
  • Support onboarding logistics for new leaders joining the P&C function by coordinating schedules, materials, introductions and practical resources.
  • Work with other administrative assistants to organize team moments and share practical ways to improve planning and execution.
Use Technology to Improve Speed, Organization and Follow-Through
  • Use Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, AI-enabled tools and other productivity platforms to organize work, reduce manual effort and improve follow-through.
  • Create and maintain practical tools such as agendas, action trackers, contact lists, folder structures, templates and simple reports.
  • Stay curious about new productivity tools and adopt what helps the office move faster, communicate better and stay organized.
  • Share useful tools and ways of working with other administrative assistants in the P&C function to improve consistency and efficiency.
Drive Operating Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement
  • Look for simple ways to improve common office routines, reduce rework and make daily execution more consistent.
  • Document repeatable processes, checklists and ways of working so the office operates with clarity, speed and quality.
Who You Are

You are a high-performing administrative professional who takes pride in making an executive office run exceptionally well. You are proactive, discreet, organized and fast. You notice what needs to be done, follow through without being chased, and bring calm, good judgment and precision to a busy global environment.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in executive administration, office operations, project coordination or business support roles, ideally in a large, matrixed, global organization.
  • Strong experience managing complex executive calendars, international travel, meeting logistics, expenses, confidential materials and executive correspondence.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities, track details, follow up with stakeholders and deliver high-quality work with limited direction.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and modern productivity tools, with curiosity about AI-enabled ways to work smarter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent a senior executive office professionally and discreetly.
Mindset & Attributes
  • Proactive ownership: You see what needs to happen and act without waiting for constant direction.
  • Speed with quality: You move quickly while protecting accuracy, confidentiality and service standards.
  • Sound judgment: You know what to handle independently, what to escalate and how to communicate with discretion.
  • Technology curiosity: You are willing to learn and use practical tools that make work easier, faster and more organized.
  • Professional presence: You represent the office with warmth, confidence, composure and respect across cultures and time zones.
