Title: Senior Executive Business Partner

Hiring Manager Title: Chief Security Officer

Location: Remote US

Compensation: $125,000-$140,000 plus bonus and equity

What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 4M+ endpoints and 7M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

We know our executive assistants provide immense value to the business, which is why we use the title Executive Business Partner. We are looking for a well-versed EBP to provide strategic partnership and executive-level support to our Chief Security Officer. You will not only manage complex calendar logistics and a variety of projects, but also act as a strategic partner in leading team operations and fostering a strong team culture. This role is crucial in allowing our CSO to lead their department with maximum efficiency.

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, capable of managing a large workload, and can prioritize tasks in a dynamic startup environment. This role will be ideal for someone who enjoys navigating ambiguity, runs towards challenges, and enjoys the dynamic nature of a scaling, fast-moving company with modern-day approaches.

Responsibilities:

  • Complex calendar management, prioritizing and scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CSO, identifying opportunities to improve team operations, culture, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Orchestrate and manage key team cadences, including team and department meetings, all-hands gatherings, and offsites, ensuring agendas are aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, creating detailed and efficient itineraries.
  • Help foster a positive and inclusive team culture by organizing team-building activities and events.
  • Manage and track tasks to the extended leadership team (XLT) of the Security Department on behalf of the CSO.
  • Act as a 'force multiplier' for the CSO by triaging priorities, ensuring follow-up on critical action items, and providing high-level project management for departmental initiatives.
  • Prepare briefing materials and draft strategic communications for internal and external engagements.
  • General administrative duties and special projects as needed to support the CSO's priorities.
  • Monitor email and flag action items and proactively manage incoming requests.
  • Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality, adhering to security protocols relevant to the CSO’s office.
  • Potential to travel up to 10%.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 5 or more years of experience providing administrative support to one or more executives.
  • A track record of proactively identifying and solving operational challenges to improve team efficiency and morale.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate the CSO’s vision into actionable plans and operational workflows.
  • Robust business acumen and the ability to understand complex organizational dynamics and technical security priorities.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive results across diverse teams.
  • Experience in creating presentations, communications, and documentation. This also includes editing, formatting, and delivering them.
  • Experience with Google Suite of products (Google Docs, Google Drive) as well as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proven ability to build well-developed, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners and team members at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes and communicate proficiently, while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience in record-keeping. Ability to create and organize confidential reports.
  • Extraordinary organizational skills and flexibility, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience working with executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience supporting a cybersecurity or technical team is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
