Job Description

Job DescriptionMajor accountabilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Country, Regional, and Global planning teams to understand existing processes and drive new initiatives in partnership with the BPA/FP&A community and IT stakeholders.
  • Perform end-to-end financial planning activities, including product, P&L, FTE, cash flow, and balance sheet planning/forecasting.
  • Support and manage budgeting and forecasting cycles for the assigned area, continuously improving efficiency through the adoption of digital solutions and AI-driven tools. Drive system integration initiatives across global markets and foster increased adoption of planning tools and platforms.
  • Analyse and map country-specific planning processes within SAP BPC, identify gaps, and streamline workflows to enhance standardization and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing support during planning cycles, including user query resolution and day-to-day assistance to business stakeholders.
  • Establish and promote best practices in planning processes and reporting (analytics), including managing enhancements, testing new functionalities, and recommending improvements. Deliver training sessions (virtual and classroom), create user guides, and develop process documentation to support user adoption and capability building
  • Develop and optimize planning reports and input templates using EPM, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements. Perform data reconciliation across systems, conduct root cause analysis, and contribute to the design and execution of calculation logic to simplify and automate planning processes.
  • Lead and deliver FP&A system enhancements and projects within the SAP BPC / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) landscape. Configure and manage allocation rules, execute allocation cycles, and ensure accurate financial distribution processes.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in SAP BPC / BI, with strong exposure to FP&A processes; experience within a Corporate Finance or GCC setup is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred). Professional certifications such as CA / CMA / ACCA (or equivalent) are an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and S4/HANA is considered a plus. Experience with automation and digital tools such as Power Automate, Power Bi, Power Query, Co Pilot, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
  • Experience working in global or cross-functional environments, with exposure to multi-country / multi-market operations. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in interfacing with global teams and parent organizations. In-depth understanding of business information systems and finance architecture (e.g., Data Warehouse, planning tools, and enterprise systems such as ECC/SHAPE) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly articulate financial insights to both finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Strong IT and data handling skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
