Role Overview – Senior Financial Analyst – Global Financial Planning & Analysis (B4)

This Sr. FP&A Analyst role under Corporate Planning Organization will support driving GFP&A activities for the entire company. This position will involve analyzing and developing content for CFO, product groups, investor relations and treasury, and presenting that content in an effective way. The position requires high level of diligence as majority of the reporting and presentations will be serving the executive management of the company.

This person will focus on overall financial statements, spend, productivity metrics, and efficiency KPIs across the company, and help summarize the data related to market trends and drivers, competitors, business unit financials in a meaningful way. This person will proactively work with key business partners across the company to develop actionable reports and analyses. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable working on strategic initiatives, as well as hands-on analytics along with deliverables related to financial reporting cadence.

The right individual will have strong analytical skills and work ethics, capable of executing to deadlines and requests. Also the person should demonstrate solid grasp and understanding of financials and GAAP reporting, including understanding of balance sheet and cash flow statements and drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform spend analytics in a meaningful way that takes into account business understanding towards actionable insights
• Perform regular predictive financial modeling, monitoring outcomes, and refining the model
• Interpret financial results into insights and recommendations for presentation to executives
• Partner with IR to own and manage GFPA's competitive benchmarking, proactively tracking and synthesizing competitor earnings, analyst/investor days, and external disclosures into actionable insights for leadership
• Act as a finance business partner and subject matter expert across the business
• Manage and update content as needed for investor relations events and board meetings
• Provide financial modeling, analysis, and valuation support for acquisitions and ad-hoc projects
• Identify and implement reporting of key financial metrics that enable meaningful insights and improve the visibility to company’s financial results
• Identify and drive impactful process standardizations across Finance
• Partner with GIS to enable implementation of reporting systems and processes across Finance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree, CPA, CFA preferred) – Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business-related degree preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in Finance/Accounting for reputable firms
• Curiosity to learn the business, improve processes and strive for excellence
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, dashboards, data visualization
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and reporting skills
• Attention to details, ability to think clearly, work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, global environment
• Experience in implementing new finance technology such as Tableau, Big Data, etc. a plus

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
