About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst - Revenue to join our rapidly growing, pre-IPO FP&A team. In this role, you will own the revenue forecasting and reporting across all of Kikoff’s product lines. Our revenue projections are heavily data-driven, so the ideal candidate combines deep financial modeling expertise with a strong data and analytical background. You will partner closely with Data, Product, and Marketing teams to build, refine, and maintain models that power our financial planning, board reporting, and strategic decision-making.

The position will report into our FP&A Manager and will be located in our San Francisco office (in office 3 days/week).

What You Will Do
  • Own, build, and continuously improve Kikoff's revenue forecasting models across all product lines, translating user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics into data-driven revenue projections
  • Drive revenue aspects of executive Weekly Business Review, and partner with Data and Marketing to develop weekly/daily forecasts/actuals for key metrics and revenue components
  • Perform monthly revenue variance analysis and identify key variance drivers
  • Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate revenue assumptions under various business and market conditions
  • Partner with the Data team to source, validate, and integrate data pipelines into the financial planning process; write SQL queries and work in BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Tableau) to extract and analyze data independently
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to evaluate the revenue impact of new product launches, feature changes, pricing experiments, and growth campaigns
  • Work on board decks, investor materials, and executive presentations
About You
  • You thrive at the intersection of finance and data, equally comfortable building a bottoms-up revenue model and writing a SQL query to pressure-test your assumptions
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a data-focused analytical role at a later-stage or public high-growth Fintech, marketplace, or consumer internet company with high transaction volumes preferred
  • Strong financial modeling skills with demonstrated experience building and maintaining revenue models
  • Highly proficient in SQL and comfortable working directly with large datasets; experience with BI / visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Tableau) preferred
  • Expert-level Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Basic knowledge of ASC606 & ASC310 for revenue streams and lending and subscription services helpful
  • Working knowledge of FP&A planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Anaplan) is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Fintech / SaaS revenue metrics
  • Exceptional analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insight
  • Excellent communication skills
