What You'll Bring
- We’re looking for someone who is equal parts analytical, curious, and collaborative. You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
- 6–10 years in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, or business analysis
- Advanced Excel + strong modeling skills
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling (PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, etc.)
- Comfort working with Accounting, IT, and operational teams
- The ability to communicate clearly, ask great questions, and translate numbers into real business insight
- A team-oriented working style
What You’ll Do
- This role blends strategy, analytics, and communication. You’ll:
- Build dashboards, executive-level reports, and clear narratives that explain what the data means
- Develop dynamic financial models and scenario analyses that support planning and decision-making
- Improve data structures, processes, and the clarity of financial information across teams
- Partner closely with Finance leadership as the organization modernizes its systems and reporting
