  • Support revenue forecast updates by maintaining key assumptions around revenue drivers (bookings, active locations, order volumes, churn) within Pigment.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests from Budget owners. Support other ad-hoc requests covering: bonus attainment calcs, cash forecasting, headcount reconciliation, etc.
  • Assist in reconciling contracted ACV in Salesforce to recognized revenue in Pigment, flagging discrepancies and partnering with Business Analytics, RevOps, and Billing to resolve.
  • Partner with People Ops on a variety of merit and bonus related Budgeting matters, and all Budget owners in support of the FY27 Budget.
  • Work with FP&A team members to identify and implement best practices, driving toward better efficiency with our tools and simplification of cross-departmental processes.

What We’ll Expect From You

  • Highly proficient in Pigment, Google Workspace, Excel, Powerpoint. SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.
  • Highly proficient in financial analysis and model building.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including a demonstrated standard for formatting consistency, data accuracy, and presentation quality in materials seen by board of directors and senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience in finance, strategic planning, consulting, etc. SaaS and FP&A function experience are preferred. Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
