Your opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Go To Market (GTM) FP&A team.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and Excel/modeling skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset to manage budgets, improve forecasting accuracy, provide financial insights, and support strategic decision-making. You will play a key part in connecting financial performance to business drivers and ensuring investment efficiency across our sales & marketing initiatives.

What you'll do

OPEX & Headcount Management

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly and monthly forecasts for the global Go to Market organization.
  • Track and manage operating expenses (Headcount, Personnel costs,T&E, Marketing program and software expense) to ensure alignment with budget and headcount plans.
  • Partner with the FP&A Manager in reviewing and explaining monthly spend trends and identifying cost optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure proper accruals and expense classifications in coordination with Accounting and Procurement.

Variance Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis between budget and forecast with clear explanations of all variances.
  • Develop and distribute recurring financial reports to Marketing and Finance leadership.
  • Provide commentary on financial results and support ad-hoc reporting and deep-dive analysis as needed.
  • Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with financial exhibits, commentary, and insights.

Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing leaders, providing financial guidance on spend management, investment prioritization, and budget optimization.

Develop financial models and analytical frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness and Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing investments across key channels (e.g., demand generation, events)

  • Deliver insights that help leadership make data-driven decisions on resourcing and expense management.
  • Translate financial data into business terms for non-finance stakeholders.

Process Improvement

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial reporting tools, templates, and processes.
  • Help improve data integrity, forecast accuracy, and financial visibility across GTM teams.
  • Leverage Adaptive Insights for planning and reporting accuracy.


This role requires

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and Excel/modeling skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams

Bonus points if you have

  • Prior experience supporting Marketing, Sales, or Go-to-Market (GTM) functions in a software/SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with marketing metrics, funnel analytics, and ROI measurement.
  • Proficiency in financial planning tools (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise systems.

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of salary for the listed position. This role may be eligible for the corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

$123,000$154,000 USD
