Role Overview

A Senior Forward-Deployed Product Manager (FDPM) works at the intersection of enterprise transformation programs, product development, and AI-driven analysis.
In this role, you will work closely with large enterprise customers who are executing complex transformation programs. You will engage directly with program leaders, functional architects, PMO teams, and system integrators to understand how their programs operate and where risks and inefficiencies exist.
Your primary responsibility is to translate this real-world program context into analytical artifacts, structured insights, and product capabilities inside the Axiamatic platform.
This role combines elements of product management, domain expertise, and hands-on solution building. You will also play an important role in pre-sales engagements, helping prospective customers understand how Axiamatic can help them manage and de-risk their transformation programs

Requirements
Work directly with customer transformation programs
  • Engage with enterprise stakeholders including program leaders, PMOs, functional architects, and system integrators.
  • Understand the structure and execution of large ERP or IT transformation programs.
  • Identify the key questions and risks that stakeholders need visibility into in order to manage their programs effectively.
Build analytical artifacts and solution
  • Create boards, analytical views, and program intelligence artifacts using the Axiomatic platform.
  • Surface insights such as risk signals, traceability gaps, readiness indicators, and program dependencies.
  • Deliver analysis that helps stakeholders make faster and more informed decisions.
Author specifications for AI-driven analysis
  • Define structured specifications that guide how AI agents analyze transformation program data.
  • Encode domain knowledge about transformation programs into reusable analytical frameworks.
  • Collaborate with engineers and researchers to ensure analyses are accurate, reliable, and scalable.
Translate customer insights into product capabilities
  • Identify patterns across transformation programs and convert them into reusable product capabilities.
  • Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to productize solutions built for individual customers.
  • Ensure that innovations developed during customer engagements scale across the broader customer base.
Participate in pre-sales and pilot engagements
  • Partner with sales and leadership teams during the pre-sales process.
  • Help prospective customers understand how Axiamatic can be applied to their transformation programs.
  • Participate in discovery sessions, pilots, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Demonstrate how the platform surfaces insights and delivers value for enterprise transformation initiatives.
Drive continuous product learning
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on real-world customer usage.
  • Help shape the product roadmap by identifying opportunities to automate analysis and deliver new insights.
What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means:
  • Customers rely on Axiamatic to understand the health and risks of their transformation programs.
  • Analytical frameworks you develop become reusable capabilities within the platform.
  • Insights generated through the platform influence important program decisions.
  • Solutions built during customer engagements evolve into scalable product features.
  • Prospective customers quickly understand the value of the platform through the pilots and demonstrations you help lead
Qualifications Required
  • 5–10 years of experience in product management, enterprise software, consulting, transformation programs, or pre-sales solution consulting.
  • Strong hands-on experience building solutions, prototypes, analytical artifacts, or technical workflows.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales engagements, solution discovery, or customer pilots.
  • Ability to work directly with enterprise stakeholders and navigate complex transformation environments.
  • Strong problem-structuring skills and the ability to translate complex program information into structured analysis.
  • Curiosity about AI technologies and emerging AI tools, with a strong desire to learn and experiment in a rapidly evolving field.

Preferred
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience in management consulting, transformation programs, or enterprise delivery roles. Familiarity with data analysis, AI/LLM systems, or knowledge graph-based platforms.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and building solutions from first principles
