We’re looking for an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team in Teaneck, NJ, and play a key role in shaping financial strategy and decision-making across the organization. This highly visible position requires a proactive, analytical professional with strong commercial instincts and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. You’ll be responsible for driving financial insights, developing sophisticated models, and partnering with leadership to support strategic initiatives and business growth.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making
  • Build, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, track performance, and identify key business drivers
  • Analyze financial results and prepare clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance forecasting tools
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and strategic initiatives to drive business efficiency and profitability

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills; strong proficiency in Excel and BI/reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to distill complex data into clear insights
  • Strong business acumen and commercial instincts
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in high-growth or technology-driven environments preferred (SaaS or hardware a plus)

Compensation:

UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000– $150,000.
