Job Description

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Support monthly regional reporting and consolidation, including revenue, cost, and margin analysis.
  • Prepare variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast vs Prior Year) with clear and structured commentary.
  • Assist in identifying key performance drivers, trends, and anomalies.
  • Support coordination of month-end close activities with country finance teams.

Forecasting & Pipeline Tracking

  • Support monthly forecast cycles and annual budgeting processes.
  • Maintain and update pipeline tracking and revenue forecasts in collaboration with finance partners and business teams.
  • Assist in validating forecast assumptions and ensuring consistency across markets.
  • Support consolidation of market-level forecasts into regional views.

Data, Reporting & Process Support

  • Maintain and update financial models, templates, and reporting files.
  • Support development of dashboard reporting and data visualisation outputs.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation,
    and integrity checks.
  • Assist in improving reporting efficiency through automation (Excel, Power Query, etc.).

Business & Project Support

  • Work with finance partners and project teams to collect financial inputs and track performance.
  • Support tracking of project revenue, WIP, and margin trends.
  • Assist in maintaining governance documentation and audit readiness.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, audit, or data analysis
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools
  • Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
