Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions. We create joint, time sensitive, multi domain, ubiquitous, connected mesh ecosystems. Our ecosystem enables connected warfare with disproportional impact by connecting every robot, human, and sensor in every domain, bringing together hundreds of thousands of end points across the globe. We are the substrate that provides the source of truth for time sensitive decision, effectively transforming the way that militaries close kills chains and enable mission autonomy.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Front End Software Engineer, you will work closely with end-users, Product and Design teams, and backend engineering teams to create intuitive and effective User Experiences that bring Lattice OS to the customer’s mission. Your efforts will ensure that Anduril products are usable and mission-capable. Above all, Mission Software Engineers are driven by a “Whatever It Takes” mindset—executing in an expedient, scalable, and pragmatic way while keeping the mission top-of-mind and making sound engineering decisions to deliver successful outcomes on-time and with high quality. Not only will you build the software, but you'll also work directly with customers to deploy it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build and maintain intuitive and easy-to-use User Interfaces for the command and control of cyber assets, the planning of offensive Cyber missions, and remote asset management in far edge environments.
  • Work closely with users, product designers, and other engineering teams to shape and build User Interfaces that optimize for the delivery of value to the end user.
  • Fetch and manage large streams of data while maintaining performant rendering in a low-friction user experience.
  • Build, test, deploy, and demonstrate mission critical code in a tight feedback loop with end users.
  • Contribute back to the development of User Interfaces across all of Anduril, with the aim of developing components that are re-usable across multiple product lines.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience using frontend languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and perform as a generalist when needed to meet the customer’s mission.
  • Experience translating Figma designs into functional code.
  • Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on creating intuitive and easy-to-use products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
