Job Details

We are looking for a senior full stack developer to partner with our enterprise applications organization through its exciting next phase of growth. This role will be charged with backend and front-end ownership and strong partnership with product owners, product designers, application development teams, customers, internal business partner management and PMO functions. They will bring expertise in nurturing and joining a high performing team with a track record of success in building and delivering products that our customers love.

Responsibilities:

· Produce high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software.

· Lead technical assessment and scoping for new business requirements and product enhancements, and break epics into stories the team can estimate.

· Participate/design, development and implementation of custom software solutions, refactoring legacy code, new feature development, and test coverage.

· Collaborate with the development team to produce high-quality, maintainable and scalable software.

· Maintain coding standards and participate in peer code reviews.

· Ensure architectural principles and coding standards are maintained across the code and project lifecycles.

· Stay current on new tools and frameworks and bring proposals to the team when they would improve HUB technical solutions and portal platforms.

· Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written as well as help design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain those programs.

· Analyze requirements, collaborate with the architect, and lead to produce thoughtful software designs.

·Mentor mid-level and junior developers through pairing and code review and help onboard new hires.

· Use AI tools across the development lifecycle and help define how the team uses them, including review standards for AI-generated code and limits on what coding agents can access.

· Diagnose and fix production issues, add monitoring and alerting, and lead blameless postmortems.

· Build features with security in mind, including authentication, authorization and the handling of customer personal data.

· Contribute across languages and frameworks in a polyglot engineering team as project needs change.

Required qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, a related field or equivalent work experience.

· 5+ years of professional software development experience, including production work in both a front-end framework and .NET.

·Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, React (or similar), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL.

·Experience designing and building REST APIs, including versioning, error handling and authentication.

· Collaborate effectively as part of a polyglot engineering team, contributing across multiple languages and frameworks as project needs demand.

· Strong interpersonal communication skills

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Can explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical business owners, lead technical discussions and drive them to a decision.

·  Ability to adapt to quickly changing business conditions.

· Able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities

· Has mentored other developers through code review, pairing or onboarding.

· Experience with automated testing at the unit, integration and end-to-end level.

· Working knowledge of web application security, including the OWASP Top 10, OAuth2/OIDC and the handling of personal data.

·Has built and maintained CI/CD pipelines and works daily in Git with Bitbucket or GitHub or Azure DevOps.

·Experience with data modeling and query tuning in SQL Server.

Preferred qualifications:

· Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, with a strong preference for Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure SQL, etc.)

· Experience building accessible, cross-browser web applications that meet WCAG 2.1 AA.

·Experience with frontend architecture, including state management, component design and rendering performance.

· Experience with application monitoring in Azure Application Insights or a similar tool.

· Experience with GraphQL.

· Experience working on Scrum teams.

Education:

·Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience

Pay transparency

The expected salary range for this position is $130,000- $160,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
