SuperDial is looking for a Tech Lead, Full Stack Engineering to build and scale our AI-powered healthcare platform. This role is ideal for an engineer who is strong across the stack, with deep expertise in Python-based back-end systems and modern JavaScript front-end development.

About the role
  • Own and lead development of core product features across the stack, with a back-end focus (~60%) and front-end contributions (~40%).

  • Mentor team members

  • Design and build scalable back-end systems in Python, including APIs, services, and data pipelines that support AI-driven functionality.

  • Develop intuitive, high-performance front-end experiences using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.

  • Architect systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Partner closely with product, design, and leadership to translate ambiguous requirements into robust technical solutions.

  • Define and implement best practices for back-end architecture, service design, and data modeling.

  • Drive performance optimization across both back-end systems and front-end applications.

  • Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural decision-making.

About you
  • 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on back-end systems.

  • Strong experience building back-end services in Python (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask).

  • Proficiency in modern front-end development using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and frameworks like Next.js.

  • Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST and/or GraphQL).

  • Strong understanding of databases, data modeling, and system design.

  • Ability to build and own systems end-to-end, from infrastructure to UI.

  • Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and distributed systems fundamentals.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience working on AI-driven products or healthcare systems.

  • Familiarity with real-time systems (WebSockets, streaming, async processing).

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and modern deployment practices.

  • Exposure to event-driven architectures or background job systems (e.g., Celery, Kafka).

  • Experience building internal tools or developer platforms.

What’s in it for you?
  • High ownership over core systems and product architecture.

  • A fast-moving, high-caliber team building at the intersection of AI and healthcare.

  • Direct impact on a product transforming healthcare operations.

  • Competitive salary, equity, and full benefits (health, dental, vision).
