We’re looking for a senior full stack engineer to help build the core systems behind AI teammates for finance. You’ll design and ship infrastructure that allows agents to initiate, execute, and complete real workflows across messy enterprise environments. This is not surface-level AI. You’ll be working on systems that combine reasoning, context, and action in production.

What you’ll do

  • Design and build end-to-end systems that power intelligent, outcome-driven workflows

  • Own features across the stack, from backend services to user-facing interfaces

  • Integrate AI models into reliable, auditable production systems

  • Work closely with product and customers to solve real finance and accounting problems

  • Build for scale, security, and enterprise-grade reliability from day one

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of full stack development experience

  • Strong proficiency in Python

  • Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML systems into applications

  • Background in enterprise software architecture and distributed systems

Why Numos
You’ll be building systems that don’t just assist work, but actually get it done. The problems are complex, the expectations are high, and the impact is real.

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. That said, San Francisco has a lot to offer beyond technology thanks to a thriving art and music scene, excellent food and a short drive to several of the country’s most beautiful recreational areas.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
