We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Architect / Lead Developer to design, architect, and build a scalable, custom enterprise solution combining ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) functionality.
In this role, you will own the technical architecture and core development of our all-in-one platform, from database design and API integrations to business logic workflows and secure, intuitive user interfaces. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of architecting enterprise-level software, deeply understands core ERP modules (accounting, inventory, HR, order management), and knows how to build seamless CRM pipelines.
Job Description- Architecture & System Design:
- Design and build a modular, scalable, and secure architecture for an integrated ERP + CRM system.
- Define data models, database schemas, and microservice/monolithic system boundaries optimized for business-critical processes.
- Plan for long-term maintainability, data integrity, high availability, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Development & Engineering:
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.
- Develop core CRM modules: Lead tracking, sales pipelines, customer management, automated communication workflows, and analytics.
- Build core ERP modules: Financial management/accounting, order fulfillment, inventory management, supply chain tracking, and reporting.
- Implement robust third-party integrations (payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, email/communication APIs, external analytics).
- Performance & Security:
- Ensure strict data security, compliance, and end-to-end audit logging for sensitive financial and customer data.
- Optimize database queries, API performance, and background job processing for high throughput.
- Project Execution:
- Translate complex business requirements and operational workflows into technical specifications and features.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure deployment standards.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
- Proven track record: Must have designed and delivered at least one complex custom ERP or CRM system from scratch (or heavily customized open-source ERP engines like Odoo, ERPNext, etc.).
- Deep understanding of complex business processes, including double-entry accounting logic, inventory forecasting, multi-currency handling, and sales pipeline management.
- Backend: Mastery in backend languages and frameworks (e.g., PHP/Laravel, Node.js/TypeScript, Python/Django, .NET Core, or Java/Spring Boot).
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Databases: Advanced expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) with strong transactional integrity guarantees (ACID).
- API Design: Deep experience designing RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.
- Security: Strong foundation in OAuth2/JWT, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), field-level permissions, and data encryption.
- DevOps & Cloud: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, and CI/CD automation pipelines.
- Experience with open-source ERP frameworks (Odoo, ERPNext, Metasfresh) or standard enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot APIs).
- Experience with real-time data processing, webhooks, or event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis).
