First 30 days: Ship features end-to-endRamp on our full-stack architecture: backend services, frontend applications, APIs, and data flows
Ship a small feature end-to-end: backend endpoint, frontend UI, and database schema change
Fix bugs across the stack and improve test coverage for the code you touch
Outcomes
Multiple features or bug fixes shipped to production with quality
You understand how data flows from frontend to backend to database
You can navigate our codebase and development workflow confidently
Take ownership of a feature area: user dashboard, transaction flows, admin tools, or API integrations
Lead a medium-scope project: building a new workflow, integrating a third-party service, or redesigning a key user experience
Improve system quality with better error handling, validation, observability, and user feedback
Outcomes
