As our Senior Global Product Marketing Manager, Consumer Digital, you'll play a critical role in bringing new digital products, features, and services to market while driving adoption, engagement, retention, and long-term growth. You'll combine market insight, strategic thinking, and customer understanding to ensure our digital experiences resonate with consumers around the world.


Working across Consumer Digital, you'll help define product positioning, influence product strategy, lead go-to-market planning, and guide products throughout their lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and commercial teams, helping align priorities and translate customer needs into meaningful business outcomes.


Remote role. Open to candidates in the United States and Canada.


What You'll Do

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging trends.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for digital products, features, and services.
  • Partner with product, marketing, revenue, sales, and customer support teams to align on launch plans and business priorities.
  • Create go-to-market playbooks that support successful product launches, adoption, and growth.
  • Define pricing, placement, and promotional strategies that balance customer value with business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance and customer engagement to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Translate customer insights and feedback into recommendations that influence product strategy and future development.
  • Drive visibility and alignment across cross-functional teams by communicating plans, progress, priorities, and results.
  • Manage complex initiatives, balancing timelines, resources, and competing priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Make data-informed decisions that support both short-term performance and long-term product success.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, market trends, and customer behaviours to strengthen product marketing efforts.
  • Support the growth of Resmed's consumer digital ecosystem, including experiences that connect healthcare, digital engagement, and customer outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong product marketing experience within consumer technology, healthcare, digital health, or related industries.
  • Experience bringing digital products, features, or services to market.
  • Demonstrated success growing adoption, engagement, retention, or expansion of consumer-facing products.
  • Strong market research, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience influencing and leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced business qualification.
  • Experience marketing digital health, patient engagement, or consumer healthcare solutions.
  • Experience working with global products and international markets.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.


At Resmed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $144,000 - $180,000 USD.
