This is a high-impact role where you’ll design scalable processes, define and manage metrics, and drive initiatives that shape how our products grow and perform globally. You’ll partner with product, engineering, customer experience, and leadership to ensure that insights turn into action and that execution stays aligned with company goals.

- Turn customer and operations insights into clear product priorities and process improvements.
- Automate and optimize onboarding, payroll, compliance, and support workflows to ensure scalability across global markets.
- Partner with Product Managers to launch and measure new features and products, from requirements through to adoption tracking.
- Lead cross-functional projects that require alignment across operations, product, and engineering.
- Act as the metrics champion, ensuring the organization knows what to measure, why it matters, and how to improve.
- Leverage tools like Zendesk, Jira, Notion, HubSpot, and BI platforms (Looker/Tableau, SQL) to streamline processes and increase visibility.
- Document workflows, product changes, and best practices for both internal and external stakeholders.

- 5+ years in Product Operations, Business Operations, or BI/Data-focused roles within SaaS or tech (HRTech, FinTech, or B2B SaaS is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical and technical background, with experience using BI tools and working directly with data (SQL, dashboards, reporting).
- Proven ability to automate and improve processes at scale.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving measurable impact.
- Excellent communication skills: you can translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global, remote-first startup with changing priorities.
- Passion for metrics, scalable systems, and building productized operations.
