About The Company

goop is a lifestyle platform dedicated to exploration, curation, and groundbreaking conversation. From its award-winning beauty and fashion lines to its expansive editorial lens, goop invites women to embrace the process of becoming, and to discover deep joy in the pursuit of pleasure, beauty, and growth in all phases of life.

Gwyneth Paltrow began goop in the fall of 2008 as a weekly newsletter. It has expanded into a beauty, fashion, and food business that’s also known for its products, curation, podcast, TV shows, live events, and retail stores.

About You

You're a highly seasoned designer with a refined creative vision and a deep passion for beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. You thrive leading creative projects from concept to completion, are equally at home mentoring junior talent as you are executing flawlessly on your own — and you bring a strategic eye to every pixel.

About The Role

goop is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Design Team. In this role, you will lead the creation of digital and print collateral across marketing, editorial, branding, advertising, and experiential initiatives, helping to set and maintain a high creative standard across the brand. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, brand partnerships, and product to ensure a cohesive goop aesthetic across every touchpoint.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the design of digital and print assets — from landing pages and editorial layouts to email campaigns, social assets, invitations, signage, and decks — that elevate the goop brand across all channels.
  • Set and uphold the creative standard for the team, providing direction and constructive feedback to junior designers to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Drive projects from concept through final production, iterating rapidly while maintaining a cohesive design approach across a wide range of content.
  • Partner closely with marketing, brand partnerships, and product teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual executions under tight deadlines.
  • Champion and evolve the goop visual identity, proactively identifying opportunities to push the brand forward across both digital and physical experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years of graphic design experience with a strong background in beauty, wellness, fashion, luxury, and/or online media.
  • A standout portfolio demonstrating a clean, consistent aesthetic and breadth across digital and print formats.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of Figma a strong plus.
  • Degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior designers and lead projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
  • Impeccable taste, sharp eye for typography and layout, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently with outstanding interpersonal skills.
