Seer is a remote-first agency and a Certified B-Corp, with team members across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in our HQ office in Philadelphia. We can only consider candidates based in the US who can work continental US-based hours.

The Role:

As Seer's founding Demand Generation hire, you'll be the person who opens the doors, building genuine relationships with the right people before they're in a buying cycle. You're consultative enough to hold an executive-level conversation about digital marketing without backup, resourceful enough to build your own playbook, and grounded enough to clean your own HubSpot data. You're not chasing volume. You're chasing fit. And you're energized by the idea of building a new function within a 20+ year old brand. Reporting to the Director of Marketing.

Role Highlights

  • Pipeline & Account Development: You'll identify and engage high-fit accounts using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and whatever tools help you work smarter, building relationship maps across target orgs and creating personalized outreach that reflects a real understanding of a prospect's business. This will be an opportunity to develop a program from scratch with the support of marketing leadership. Rather than relying on cold calls or mass sequences, you'll focus on value-driven engagement that reflects the Seer brand. You'll maintain enough pipeline coverage to consistently deliver quality SQLs (first meetings) against your targets.
  •  Consultative Relationship Building: You'll develop early-stage relationships with senior marketing and digital leaders, holding credible conversations about SEO, paid media, analytics, and AI without needing to loop in an SME from the start. You'll know when it's time to bring in the BizDev team, and you'll make that handoff feel natural, not transactional. You'll help shape what a great warm introduction looks like at Seer.
  • Campaign Activation & Events: You'll work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to turn Seer's thought leadership, webinars, and events into real demand. When Seer releases an AIO study or hosts a webinar, you'll have an activation plan ready. You'll attend and represent Seer at industry conferences, not just to collect business cards, but to build relationships that matter.
  • CRM & Data Operations: You'll own your data and operational infrastructure in Hubspot, developing data quality standards, targeting, and identifying operational workflows that will scale this function.
  • Messaging & Market Intelligence: You'll test messaging in the field, synthesize what's resonating, and bring those signals back to the team. You'll help inform how Seer talks about itself  and you'll contribute to the positioning work that makes outreach land.

Essential Skills

    • You have 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, outbound business development, or sales enablement  with direct exposure to digital marketing services or an agency environment

    • You have a proven ability to build relationship-driven pipeline from scratch not just run someone else's playbook

    • You have digital marketing fluency: you understand SEO, paid media, analytics, and AI well enough to hold credible conversations with senior marketing leaders

    • Agency, consultancy, or start up experience strongly preferred

    • You have CRM (HubSpot) proficiency: list building, data hygiene, pipeline tracking

    • You can show up to a call with a CMO and carry the conversation, and you enjoy building those connections

    • You are self-directed and highly autonomous. You feel comfortable setting your own agenda, define the approach with direction from the Director of Marketing, Marketing Team, or Biz Dev Team for support

    • You love to collaborate with internal teams to build a well rounded approach

    • You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited to help shape a role as you grow into it

    • You measure success in quality outcomes (first meetings, pipeline created)

    • You are excited to apply AI tools to your workflow: research, outreach, data analysis, content creation

30/60/90 Day Goals

    • You've audited and cleaned Seer's HubSpot ICP data and established a repeatable process for ongoing hygiene

    • You've developed your first outbound ABM target list with prioritized accounts and a clear go-to-market rationale

    • You've activated at least one demand gen motion tied to an existing Seer content or events asset

    • You've built strong working relationships with marketing, BD, and SMEs and you understand how Seer sells and delivers

    • You've proposed a first definition of what a quality SQL looks like at Seer, and you're tracking toward it

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: 100-125k

  • Performance bonus paid out quarterly based on agreed upon KPIs

  • Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience.

  • Evaluation of comp at least once a year

  • Full benefits package — visit seerinteractive.com/careers for details
